SOTE-MOOC
Sairaanhoitajaksi Suomessa -hankkeessa on kehitetty Orientaatio suomalaiseen sosiaali- ja terveyspalvelujärjestelmään MOOC, jonka materiaalit on julkaistu aoe.fi -sivuilla (Sairaanhoitajaksi Suomessa -hanke (2022-2025) – Avointen oppimateriaalien kirjasto (aoe.fi). MOOC julkaistaan myös ilmaiseksi suoritettavana verkkokurssina Laurean verkkokauppa Smartissa (Laurea Smart | Laurea AMK:n jatkuvan oppimisen verkkokauppa). MOOCin kohderyhmänä on EU- ja ETA -maiden ulkopuolella sairaanhoitajaksi kouluttautuneet henkilöt, jotka haluavat pätevöityä sairaanhoitajaksi Suomessa.
The MOOC’s purpose is to familiarize participants with:
- Ethical guidelines and principles in nursing
- Patient and client safety
- The Finnish social and health care system and its regulatory framework
Upon completing the course, the student will:
- Understand ethical guidelines in Finnish healthcare and their importance in nursing
- Recognize the significance of patient safety in the role of a nurse
- Be familiar with various Finnish social and healthcare service systems and relevant legislation
- Be able to find necessary information about Finland's social and healthcare service systems
MOOCin laajuus on kolme opintopistettä ja sen suorittaminen vaatii noin 81 tunnin työskentelyä. MOOCin voi suorittaa omassa aikataulussa ja MOOCia voi käyttää suomeksi tai englanniksi. MOOCia hallinnoi Laurea-ammattikorkeakoulu ja sen kehittämisen on rahoittanut Jatkuvan oppimisen ja työllisyyden palvelukeskus JOTPA.
The training has been funded by the Service Centre for Continuous Learning and Employment. The Service Centre promotes the competence development of working-age people and the availability of skilled labour. The operations of the Service Centre are overseen by the Ministry of Education and Culture and the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment.
